31CM CAST IRON OVAL SHALLOW CASSEROLE - MIST GREY

Perfect for longer cuts of meat. Try roasting a chicken with the lid on for a succulent bird that falls off the bone and keeps your oven clean in the process. As versatile as the round casserole, the Oval Cast Iron Casserole is also large enough to roast a whole leg of lamb and narrow enough to leave extra space in the oven for the trimmings. Features include: easy-grip large handles, an easy-to-clean and durable enamel that resists dulling and staining and a heat resistant Gold stainless steel knob and an enhanced tight-fitting lid. The casserole makes a perfect serving dish too, as Cast Iron keeps food warmer for longer at the table. Each piece is finished in an enamel colour that beautifully complements any kitchen or dining decor. Suitable for use on all hob types, including induction, in the oven to 260°C and under the grill, requiring only low to medium heat settings to cook with. Individually cast in sand moulds and hand crafted at the original French foundry since 1925. Covered by a Limited Lifetime Guarantee. Capacity : 6.3L
